At Match Point Socials, we strive to deliver exceptional service tailored to your business needs. Due to the customized nature of our work, we operate under the following refund policy:
Contracts
Our services require a 6-month minimum commitment. After the initial term, contracts transition to a month-to-month agreement with a 30-day written notice required for cancellation.
Refunds
All payments made are non-refundable. Refund terms are clearly outlined in each individual contract signed at the start of services.
Cancellations
Clients may terminate the agreement with a 30-day written notice after the 6-month term. No refunds will be provided for unused services within the cancellation period.
