Services Provided
Match Point Socials offers content creation, social media management, engagement strategies, and full-service social media marketing. Services are tailored based on individual contracts.
Payment Terms
Services require a 6-month minimum contract. After the initial term, services continue month-to-month with a 30-day written notice required for cancellation.
Refunds
Due to the customized nature of our services, all payments are non-refundable. Refund terms are outlined in your individual contract.
Client Responsibilities
Provide necessary information and approvals in a timely manner to ensure the success of our services.
Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with a 30-day written notice after the 6-month contract term.
Liability
Match Point Socials is not liable for indirect damages, including but not limited to lost profits or data, resulting from the use of our services.
