What’s the difference between Stay Social and The Match Point Method?

Stay Social is designed for hospitality brands that primarily need consistent, professionally created content. The Match Point Method goes deeper with a customized, strategy-led approach informed by your brand, goals, audience, and performance. Think of Stay Social as “create my content” and The Match Point Method as “give me deeper strategy + content.”

Do I have to be a social media client to hire you for email marketing?

No. Email Marketing and Email Foundation are both available as standalone services. If your social media is already handled but your guest list is sitting untouched, we can focus specifically on helping you build and use your email marketing ecosystem.

Do you offer full social media management?

Yes. Brands using The Match Point Method can add Social Management for additional day-to-day support, including publishing, Stories, community management, light outbound engagement, and account monitoring. Established hospitality brands looking for a broader marketing partnership can also apply for Full Service.

Do you offer custom packages?

We’ve intentionally created clear ways to work with us so you don’t have to start from scratch with a custom proposal. Start with the level of support that fits your business now, then add more support as you need it. Full-Service partnerships are more customized because they are built around the broader marketing needs of established hospitality brands.

Do you manage every client’s social media account?

No. Some clients simply need our team to create strategic content for them, while others want us more involved in strategy and day-to-day management. That’s why we offer different levels of support.

How long is the commitment?

Stay Social, The Match Point Method, and ongoing Email Marketing begin with a six-month initial commitment. After that, service continues month-to-month with 30 days’ written notice.
